Our Managed Service Offering is designed around three core concepts: Offer small businesses the same technology solutions that enterprise companies enjoy. We bundle our services to give customers a cost-effective solution to address their specific IT needs. The Standard Managed Service Offering includes five services. Every agreement is customizable to meet each client’s technical and budget requirements.
The Method One IT Help Desk is available Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm for first level remote support. Our Help Desk is the primary starting point for clients who wish to report any IT related incident or to initiate a support request.
System Design & Build

Proactive Network Maintenance
Through regular proactive maintenance we keep your network hardware and software running optimally. Important software maintenance includes updates and security patches, offsite data backup, up-to-date virus protection, and malicious software removal. Verification and health checks on network hardware is also necessary to protect a network against failure.
Non-urgent issues can be compiled for an onsite engineer to resolve during a regularly scheduled visit. Once onsite, our engineers also perform hardware upgrades, install and configure software, supply desktop support to users, give training, etc. Clients can choose to have Method1 perform scheduled onsite support weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We also have crisis support.
A hosted VoIP PBX system provided by Method1 IT is guaranteed to stop the headaches and unnecessary expense. With “plug-and-play” VoIP phones and a broadband Internet connection, your business can be up-and-running with reliable, hassle-free VoIP phone service within minutes.
Detailed documentation of all hardware, software, licensing, and applications owned and deployed at each customer site. The Network Documentation will also include device credentials, configuration information, network protocols, data backup processes, vendor information, and administrative information.
